Who are we?
We are a not-for-profit organisation who want to clean up the Internet. Many companies want us to only contact their automatic handling systems. These don’t always suit us and certainly don’t handle the issues we have with their services.
Sometimes the Chat Bot doesn’t chat, the contact form sends no contact message, the call centre that plunges your call into a telephonic abyss, destined to loop around a menu of excuses.
We want to highlight companies and organisations who say “.. your call is important to us ..” and “we listen to our customers” but have no intention of either answering your call or listening to your issues, whether through technical issues, mistakes or by design. We want to call out companies who take our money and information with no regard for the service they provide.
